Submit a talk proposal

Target date: 21 November 2026 · Online,12:00–16:00 UTC. We will agree the date and workload with you before acceptance.

Proposals close 24 October 2026, 23:59 UTC. Every proposal gets a reply. Proposing early leaves more time to agree the scope before the recording deadline.

We are preparing the first edition. No fee is charged to speakers. Please propose one concrete case; a general product pitch is not the requested contribution.

Start with a short proposal

1. Your name and public professional profile.
2. A proposed title and a 150–250-word abstract describing the task, failure, evidence and lesson.
3. Your preferred role: recorded talk, live talk or exercise facilitation.
4. Whether the target date and recording schedule work for you.
5. An optional relevant channel through which you could announce an accepted session. No subscriber list is requested.

Reply to your invitation or send this information to Minji Park. No full paper, unpublished manuscript or sensitive company data is needed.

After we agree the topic

We agree the date, delivery scope, commercial terms and permissions in writing. Only then do we request the final bio, photo, slides and recording, and publish an approved speaker profile. An enquiry alone does not authorize use of your name or materials.

Recording preparation

Talk length follows the accepted program slot; live facilitation is separately agreed. MP4 with readable slides and clear audio; provide slide PDF and an accurate transcript or captions. Proposed milestones: draft 14 days before the event, review comments 12 days before, revision 10 days before, final approved file 7 days before. Dates are agreed with each contributor.

Rights and compensation

Live preparation and facilitation are distinct work. Fee or revenue share, preparation hours, rehearsal and producer responsibilities require a specific agreement; no guaranteed honorarium has been budgeted.

You retain ownership. Scheduled event playback, paid replay, clips and later reuse require separately specified permission. We do not offer proceedings, indexing or academic accreditation.
